Man oh man let me tell you, the way Hartz does their chicken is off the charts! I can almost write 3 paragraphs about the chicken alone. But the food all within itself is super good! The buffet line they have offers a wide variety of foods, from American to Southern comfort food. For the Southern comfort food, they have red beans and rice, fried okra, and a couple of other homestyle dishes. They all complement the meal very well. The chicken is nice and crispy, with a thin batter that's not too thick or overpowering. The other proteins at the time (like the fish and gizzards) are tasty and a wonderful alternative for other meats. Oh, did I say that the dine-in part is an all you can eat buffet? Yes, let me say that again, an AYCE. Unbelievable, and the price is decent too! ”
